TicketStack ("we", "us", "the app") lets you save, organize, and design digital keepsakes of tickets for events you've attended. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use a small number of service providers to run the app, each acting on our behalf:

How long we keep it

We keep your account and ticket data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete Account, which removes your profile, tickets, and uploaded images, and cancels any active subscription. Some records may briefly persist in backups or with Stripe for a limited period afterward, consistent with standard operational and legal retention practices.

Your choices

International data transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

Children's privacy

TicketStack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
